JOB OVERVIEWClient Success Manager / Executive Assistant - Credit & Funding Division?About the Role:?We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Success Manager to join our credit consulting team.This role is critical in ensuring that our clients are on the right track toward their funding goals.You will serve as the bridge between clients, their credit health, and our internal team-helping identify opportunities, challenges, and next steps.?Key Responsibilities:??Onboarding Clients: Create client slack channel, then create client portal in Notion.Credit Analysis: Review client credit reports daily to identify negative items, inaccuracies, and areas requiring credit repair.Funding Readiness Evaluation: Assess whether clients are “funding ready” or if additional credit optimization is required before moving forward. Then Update client portal with their next steps for “credit profile” and “Business Set-Up”Process Management: Utilize Notion templates and internal workflows to track client progress, analyze reports, and maintain organized records.?Reporting: Update and submit daily/weekly status reports summarizing client credit profiles, identified issues, and recommended actions.Client Success Oversight: Monitor client journeys to ensure milestones are met, questions are answered, and expectations are managed.?Follow-up with each client on a weekly basis to make sure they are completing next steps until they get funding. Answer any questions clients are asking in slack.Collaboration: Work closely with the consulting and credit repair team to ensure smooth execution of business set-up tasks, profile optimization, and funding preparation.Qualifications:?Strong understanding of credit reports, FICO scoring, and common negative items (collections, charge-offs, inquiries, etc.).?Ability to distinguish between clients who are funding-ready and those who need additional repair.?Experience in financial services, credit repair, or business funding preferred.?Excellent organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.?Proficiency in tools such as Notion, CRMs (Disputefox, Gohighlevel, and reporting dashboards.?Strong communication and problem-solving skills.)SKILL REQUIREMENT
