- Leading the QA Automation team in defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
- Driving test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
- Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
- Monitoring automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.
- Reviewing test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation.
- Maintaining and enhancing the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.
- Mentoring QA engineers and fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
- Proactively identifying gaps in quality processes and leading initiatives for operational excellence and innovation in QA practices.
- Exploring and integrating AI-driven testing solutions to enhance automation efficiency, such as intelligent test generation, self-healing scripts, and predictive defect detection.
- With at least 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing and at least 1 year experience in leading a team.
- Development and execution of test plans and scenarios
- Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework
- Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms
- Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
