- Creates client booking using the Opera system regarding booking reservation details and special arrangements
- Sends out proposals to inquiries generated via email or phone
- Prepares client SOA, facilitates payments and weekly/ monthly sales productions reports
- Consolidates reports and sales files from Sales Manager and Account Executives, associations memberships, etc.
- Gathers and assemble sales collaterals to send to prospects and also for use during sales calls
- Supports the sales team in researching competitors
- Provides assistance during Travel and Trade shows
