
Senior Marketing Manager - MarTech

- Collaborate with the vendor to optimize platform usage and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Partner closely with the Product team to enhance processes, improve user experience, and support overall business operations through cross-functional collaboration.
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the crypto/Web3 spaces.
- Define customer segmentation and personalization strategies to drive targeted campaigns and customer conversion.
- Build and implement omnichannel campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Build and manage the marketing technology stack (CRM, analytics, attribution tools, etc.).
- Integrate marketing systems with product and data platforms to optimize user engagement.
- Automate and personalize customer journeys through data-driven campaigns.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, TikTok, programmatic, etc.).
- Optimize performance marketing metrics including CAC, CTR, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with design/content teams to produce high-performing creatives.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Partner with product, tech, sales, and business units to support launches and growth targets.
- Perform other MarTech-related and Digital Marketing duties as required.
- Must hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Has experience coordinating with the CleverTap platform.
- A strong understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem is a plus.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, paid media, and channel strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
