Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Calabarzon, Philippines for a Finance and Accounting Asst. Manager. The Finance and Accounting Asst. Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the company, including creating financial statements, financial reporting, and budgeting. They will also be responsible for managing a team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying areas for process improvements. Qualifications Strong finance and accounting skills Experience in financial reporting and budgeting Analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends Experience in managing a team and delivering results Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
