Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US time zoneRole OverviewWe are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of building our MVP from the ground up. You’ll have autonomy to make key technical decisions, define the stack, and turn our no-code prototype into a working product. This is an early-stage opportunity where your work will directly shape the product and future of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesLead development of the platform MVP (front-end and back-end).Define and implement the initial technical stack.Translate product vision into functional, scalable features.Make independent technical decisions while collaborating with the founders on priorities.Build user-friendly interfaces with clean, functional design.Ensure code quality, testing, and maintainability.Requirements4+ years of full-stack development experience.Strong front-end and back-end development skills.Some design/UI capability (comfortable building clean, usable interfaces).Proven experience delivering MVPs or products from scratch.Ability to work independently and manage technical ownership.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical founders.PreferredExperience in marketplace or booking platforms.Prior startup/MVP experience.Familiarity with the music or events industry is a plus, but not required.What We OfferRemote role with flexibility.Full autonomy in tech decisions.The chance to build a product from the ground up with immediate impact.Early role in a startup with significant growth potential.
