Accounting Team Lead/ Supervisor

• Develop and implement the strategic vision and framework for the accounting services division, aligning with the startup's overall mission and objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, and train a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Implement scalable processes and workflows to streamline accounting operations and ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee the delivery of accounting services to clients specifically Accounts Payable and Receivable, Billing, Credit Management, General Ledger, and Financial Accounting, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and incorporate them into the startup's accounting services framework.
• Handle escalated client issues and inquiries, and work proactively to resolve any challenges or concerns.
• Monitor key performance metrics and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team performance and productivity.
• Lead by example, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, and empowering them to reach their full potential.
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to promote the startup's accounting services and drive business growth.
