- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and workforce planning
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Facilitate training, leadership development, and succession planning programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HRBP or generalist functions
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in handling multiple stakeholders and fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
