ComplianceAdhere to HIPAA, payer-specific guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.5. Reporting & AnalysisGenerate payment activity reports, identify trends, and highlight potential issues.6. Communication & CollaborationMaintain effective communication with colleagues, insurance companies, and patients to ensure smooth payment posting processes.7. Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to enhance efficiency in payment posting workflows.8. EOB InterpretationAccurately interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) from multiple insurance payers.9. Refund ProcessingReview and process patient and payer refunds with accurate documentation.10. Credit Card ProcessingPost credit card transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with payment card industry data security standards.11. Special ProjectsParticipate in special assignments and tasks as directed by the RCM Cash Posting Team.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Up to 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, preferably with a focus on cash posting.
