Ayala Land Group is looking for a Senior Learning and Development Manager Assess the organization&aposs training needs and design tailored learning and development programs to address skill gaps Develop and facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops covering a wide range of topics such as leadership, communication, and technical skills Collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with the company&aposs strategic objectives Measure the effectiveness of training programs and implement continuous improvements Maintain training records and report on the progress and impact of learning and development initiatives Manage the training budget and ensure efficient resource allocation Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate training and talent development What We&aposre Looking For Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field Minimum eight (8) years of experience in a learning and development role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills Proficient in designing and implementing effective training programs and workshops Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Up-to-date knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices Show more Show less
