- Executes service scheduling of all contract & job sales, effectively communicates and responds to clients’ service requirements and queries within the Portfolio;
- Ensure timely preparation, monitoring and coordination of advanced fixed schedule for zone in alignment Service Supervisors
- Assists Service team in communicating service concerns and treatment schedule with customer
- Ensures timely and accurate submission of monthly State of Service (SOS).
- Prepares the SOR (service order reports) of confirmed schedules for transmittal to service supervisors.
- Daily encoding of treatment in IBS system and submit all served SOR’s to accounting / Revenue Officer for invoice attachment.
- Prepares necessary document such as Certification for Contracts and Termite service upon client’s request.
- Ensures all required reports and returns are submitted on time, prepared accurately and in line with the business requirements, both local and regional.
- Monitor and ensure all required documents like Treatment Instruction, Account Checklist, etc. are available and complete for New Business and Jobs Sales prior to any service scheduling.
- Develop, recommend and implement policies that would increase service productivity and quality, reduce customer complaints and controls that would minimize if not eliminate risk & losses to the business.
- Maintain accurate records and submit on time all reports and documents as required by management.
- Ensure proper coordination, monitoring, handling and follow up of all customer service complaints and concerns (2/24).
- Attend required trainings, meetings, conferences necessary for business growth and government legislation compliance
- College graduate with administrative exposure in the areas of customer service relationship, scheduling, planning, and people management.
- Fast Learner and can work with minimum supervision.
