Salary Range: Php 19,000 - Php 22,000 Educational Background Must have at least an educational attainment equivalent to a college/bachelor&aposs degree, preferably in Accounting or other related courses. Professional Experience Fresh graduates on relevant courses will suffice. Those with at least one year experience in property management accounting collection and/or administrative position are preferred. Knowledge Having knowledge in handling collections, specially in Property Management setting is an advantage. Having experience in communicating with clients is an advantage. Skills Clerical / Encoding Skills Administrative Skills Organizational Skills Time Management Skills With Oral and Written Communication Skills Abilities Ability to communicate with client/tenants when it comes to collecting rental arrears. Ability to collect payment in timely manner. Ability to monitor rental payment. Job Responsibilities Receiving of collections and posting to accounting system Ensure rental collections are deposited intact within set cut-off Implementation of rental collection policy Follow-up rental payment of delinquent tenants and/or inform on any declines check payments, if applicable. Closely monitor Accounts Receivable and exert collection efforts in accordance with rental collection policy. Maintains all files on unit owners and department files. Create files for new owners/vendors and check accuracy on all completed paperwork submitted by new owners/tenants. Report and coordinate with Accounting Manager for collection as necessary on the payments. Any other errands assigned by the manager.
