- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for Recruitment and EOR services.
- Actively pitch to new clients (local and global) via inbound, outbound, and referral networks
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, or business roundtables.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Conduct regular business reviews with existing clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and explore additional opportunities.
- Ensure prompt, consistent, and high-quality communication with all clients from onboarding through offboarding.
- Maintain visibility and oversight across all clients — both EOR and Recruitment — to ensure proper coordination and alignment.
- Review and approve any major service delivery issues, change requests, or contract renewals.
- Monitor client satisfaction scores and intervene early if issues arise.
- Provide operational guidance for client proposals, service agreements, and project scoping.
- Help manage and maintain CRM tools and business intelligence systems.
- Ensure BD activities are aligned with recruitment capabilities and operational capacity.
- Align business development efforts with brand positioning and lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and complete record of clients and candidates into the database system
- Daily update of activities through the database system
- Timely and accurate submission of reports
- Ensure QA reports are completed each month
- Work closely with the Delivery Team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client requirements.
- Review recruitment pipelines, track progress, and implement strategies to optimize the candidate journey.
- Ensure compliance with client SLAs and internal recruitment processes.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement in delivery operations and implement relevant enhancements.
- Support the development of scalable talent acquisition strategies.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, project management, sales, or client relationship management
- Strong key account management experiences and experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills and demonstrated competence in engaging high-level stakeholders
- Strong team player with a business-oriented mentality and the ability to contribute individually.
