Job Description: Japan Logistics Operations Management Oversee logistics operations for the Japan market, including Transit warehouse and Linehaul Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve operational issues and ensure SLA compliance Vendor Performance & RFQ Management Manage logistics vendors and monitor service performance and operational KPIs Support RFQ processes, including vendor evaluation and rate review Maintain close communication with vendors to ensure operational alignment and capacity stability Logistics Cost Monitoring Track and analyze logistics cost performance for the Japan market Support initiatives to improve cost efficiency Reporting & Performance Monitoring Prepare operational reports and monitor logistics performance metrics Provide data insights to support operational decision-making (Transit warehouse Linehaul ) SLA RFQ . KPI RFQ ( ) Requirements: 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations Experience in vendor management or logistics operations coordination is preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage operational data and performance reporting Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external logistics vendors Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting Business-level English proficiency is required for communication with internal stakeholders and logistics vendors Japanese language proficiency is preferred for communication with Japan-based vendors , 3 Excel Google sheets
