As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in the growth by increasing the number of broker clients and properties that can be offered to people searching for their new dream home. You are great at: Identify new business opportunities through existing and new partnerships across the real estate industry. Set up face-to-face client meetings to present Lamudi services and products and acquire them for Lamudi's subscription packages. Onboard real estate professionals for Lamudi services through active outsourcing, cold calling, and negotiations. Facilitate meetings set up by the fieldsales team with real estate professionals and demonstrate detailed product presentations to increase pipelines in the sales funnel. Present Lamudi products at internal and external real estate events to strengthen Lamudi's brand and increase awareness about Lamudi's services. What it takes: Minimal of 1 years relevant experience in sales or telesales Excellent communication in both written and verbal Great with building and maintaining client relationships Very strong sales & negotiation skills Ability to work well in a high energy team Well organized & structured working style Great Team Player Fluency in spoken & written English
