Role Overview You'll play a key supporting role in coordinating and delivering advertising and digital projects-ranging from digital assets to on ground campaigns and digital initiatives. We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, pays close attention to the little things, and has a background or passion for advertising and digital media. Core Responsibilities Project Planning & Scope Management: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Help create work breakdown structures and project plans for clear execution. Budget Oversight: Support financial tracking to ensure projects stay on budget from start to finish. Cross-functional & Client Communication: Act as a reliable liaison between internal creative/dev teams and clients, ensuring consistent alignment on goals and expectations. Execution in Fast-Paced Settings: Keep projects moving forward efficiently-even when timelines tighten or priorities shift. Quality Control & Attention to Detail: Review deliverables (ads, social media posts, web assets) before release to maintain high-quality standards and brand consistency. Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks early, escalate when needed, and assist in implementing change control processes. Documentation & Reporting: Keep project documentation up-to-date, including plans, QA records, budgets, and progress reports. Conduct and record meetings and deliverables handoffs. Vendor/Asset Coordination: Ensure creative, development, QA, and production teams have everything they need to execute their tasks effectively. Continuous Improvement: Look for process efficiencies and help implement improvements whenever possible. Required Skills & Experience Education & Professional Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Media, Marketing, Communication, or a related field; 1-2 years of experience in digital or advertising project coordination or management. Agency experience preferred. Digital & Advertising Acumen: Familiarity with banner ads, social media campaigns, creative assets, or similar digital deliverables. Experience working in advertising or creative environments strongly preferred. Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for inconsistencies or errors before content reaches clients or goes live. Thrives in Fast-Paced Settings: Comfortable with tight deadlines and multiple deliverables running concurrently. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Clear and concise in both written and verbal communication-with clients and internal teams alike. Organization & Critical Thinking: Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities. Able to foresee issues and proactively address them. Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA), content management systems, or analytics tools. Basic understanding of CMS, Google Analytics, and digitals tools is ideal. ????
