About the Role We're hiring a NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our support team. This is a client-facing role focused on troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancement scoping for NetSuite users across a variety of industries. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, working closely with end users to understand their needs and help optimize their NetSuite environments. Key Responsibilities Provide functional support for NetSuite modules Triage and resolve support tickets related to configurations Troubleshoot and replicate user-reported issues Test and validate NetSuite changes or customizations before deployment. Maintain documentation of support activities, resolutions, and customer communications. What We're Looking For 1+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite in a functional consultant, business analyst, or support role. Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Comfortable working in a ticket-based, fast-paced environment.
