Job Description : Sales Development Representative - Philippines Remote - Philippines (Contractor) About Coast Coast is a no-code maintenance and work order platform built specifically for the deskless workforce. While Coast is flexible enough to support a wide variety of operational needs, our current focus is on solving critical maintenance challenges for organizations that rely on speed, clarity, and accountability. Role Overview Coast is looking for a driven, consultative Sales Development Representative (SDR) Contractor in the Philippines to help grow our customer base by identifying and qualifying new leads. This is a high-energy, outbound role where you will consistently execute structured outreach across phone, email, and social channels, while maintaining a reliable schedule aligned with U.S. hours. You will be on the front lines introducing Coast to potential customers, running thoughtful discovery to uncover real pain points, and creating a strong pipeline of qualified meetings for our Account Executives. Key Responsibilities ● Execute high-volume outbound outreach, including calls, emails, and social touches, to create new pipeline with maintenance and operations teams, consistently meeting daily and weekly activity expectations. ● Run structured, consultative discovery to understand processes, pain points, and goals, and clearly map Coast’s value to each prospect’s workflows ● Research accounts and contacts prior to outreach to personalize messaging and improve conversion and meeting quality. ● Develop a strong understanding of Coast’s product and customer use cases so you can confidently communicate benefits and handle common questions. ● Maintain accurate, timely logging of all activities and customer interactions in Outreach and Salesforce to ensure a clean, reportable pipeline. Rev 12-19-25 | 1 ● Qualify opportunities against agreed criteria and reliably schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives. ● Consistently hit or exceed monthly targets for activities, meetings set, and qualified opportunities, taking ownership of results and improvement actions. ● Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to test messaging, share prospect feedback, and continuously improve outreach playbooks. Requirements ● 1+ year in an outbound SDR, inside sales, telemarketing, or similar role; experience in SaaS or B2B sales strongly preferred. ● Proven consultative approach: asks thoughtful, open-ended questions, listens actively, and tailors messaging to each prospect’s context and needs. ● Comfortable making 100+ cold calls per day and managing multi-channel outbound cadences while maintaining high-quality conversations. ● Excellent spoken and written English; able to build rapport quickly, handle objections with confidence and empathy, and communicate clearly in email and on calls. ● Fast, accountable learner who follows through on commitments, is open to coaching, and takes ownership of personal performance and schedule. ● Track record of consistently setting qualified meetings for Account Executives and hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline goals. ● High-energy and ambitious mindset – driven, competitive, and eager to grow in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.Demonstrated ability to run consultative conversations, ask open-ended questions, and uncover prospect pain points. ● Able to research accounts and personas independently and quickly understand and articulate product value to different buyer types. ● Comfortable working daily in our tech stack, including Coast, Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet, and sales engagement and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zendesk, Intercom, and Avoma (or similar equivalents). Previous experience working with these tools is highly preferred. Rev 12-19-25 | 3 Contract Details ● Estimated start date: January 20, 2026 ● Engagement type: Independent contractor based in the Philippines; taxes and statutory contributions are the responsibility of the contractor. No health benefits included. ● Payment currency and method: USD via bank transfer, paid monthly. ● Working hours: Standard working hours window or overlap expectations, as mentioned above. ● Work location: 100% remote. Compensation, Paid Holidays, and Contractor Perks ● Competitive base salary of $15,000 - $18,000 USD per year + commission. Compensation is based on experience. ● Approximately 12 paid U.S. holidays, plus 18 additional days of paid time off. ● Laptop and monitor provided if needed. ● Internet allowance available.
