
Senior Product Executive

- Assist in executing marketing and promotional activities, including in-store activations, digital campaigns, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure brand consistency in displays and store executions.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and consolidate feedback on promotional activities and competitor initiatives.
- Monitor and consolidate sales reports to track brand performance across different channels.
- Prepare monthly and year-to-date (YTD) sales updates and analysis.
- Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning to ensure product availability.
- Work with the supply chain team to track inventory levels and minimize stock issues.
- Ensure timely processing of marketing-related purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Retail, Supply Chain, Finance) to facilitate smooth execution of brand activities.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
- Support communication with brand principals and vendors regarding marketing initiatives, product launches, and reporting.
- Assist in preparing business review presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure seamless execution of product and promotional plans.
- Conduct basic market research to gather insights on consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Consolidate and report findings to support strategic decision-making.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field within the retail, luxury beauty, or fragrance industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of brand strategy, market research, and digital marketing trends.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
