Monitors and ensures all equipment is in good running condition, and report status if found defective, and recommends necessary solutions for the problem.
Implements the preventive maintenance of all equipment and machinery, including the auxiliaries, strictly according to the hotel standards and the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Provides prompt, courteous and efficient engineering service while implementing standard procedures for guests.

Qualifications

Graduate of a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, duly licensed by the Professional Regulations Commission, is an advantage.
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in the same capacity in a luxury hotel is an asset.
Strong leadership skills and technical strategies in engineering, hotel equipment and MEPFS.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and engineering-related software.
