WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US An Intercompany Senior Accountant provides ongoing support/guidance pertaining to finance & accounting skills in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Accruals, Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations, etc. The role will be a critical business partner to comply with tax & statutory teams, and closely coordinate with the Entity Controllers What You Will Be Responsible For Prepare intercompany reconciliations Prepare and understand calculation for assigned regions/entity related to intercompany recharges Perform intercompany billings/invoicing Prepare, review and comprehend journal entries for recharges. Ensure timely and quality completion of period close processes Communicating effectively the results of established KPI&aposs with senior management. Follow up unagreed items. Liaise with various departments and foreign affiliates on intercompany activities to ensure invoice postings are all accounted monthly Knowledgeable with transfer price information for tax requirements Support local controller in audits, as requested Identify issues and provide internal controls in the performance as long term remediations Coordinate with IT team in resolving issues related to Workday and other systems Regularly update the desktop procedures and process documentation Lead or be involved in operational improvement initiatives What We Value Most importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest: Bachelor&aposs Degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance or other relevant courses; CPA License is beneficial Knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); With experience in Workday and other automation tools is a plus Experience with Continuous Improvement is beneficial Proficiency English, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to teach and train associates in all aspects of operations. Organization and interpersonal skills to work efficiently with various user groups 3-5 years of relevant working experience in an international company Experience in translating data into insight and providing data-driven advice to senior stakeholders.
