WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute NACademy and NAC L.I.V.E. WELL programs aligned with company goals. Manage event logistics such as venue bookings, transportation, supplier coordination, and documentation. LMS Administration & Technical Support: Provide administrative and technical support to learners, facilitators, and stakeholders using the company's Learning Management System. Data Management & Reporting: Collect and analyze data from training evaluations, feedback forms, and engagement surveys. Prepare reports, presentations, and insights to enhance learning and wellness initiatives. Internal Communication: Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to promote programs and maintain active engagement before, during, and after events. Support Culture Building: Contribute to promoting a positive and inclusive learning culture within the organization. Other Duties: Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor or department head. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU GREAT FOR THIS ROLE: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, or other related fields At least 1 year of experience in organizing employee events and/or facilitating corporate training sessions Experience in LMS administration and online learning platforms is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiar with creative tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and attention to detail Proactive and a strong team player Show more Show less
