- Assists in the preparation of all required department reports as assigned by her superior/ manager
- Coordinates and assist in the preparation of room and banquet correspondence
- Provides support in preparation of all requirements for sales activities. Such as sales blitzes, hostings, entertainments, hotel inspections and others as directed
- Process all incoming telephone calls in accordance with established procedures, while maintaining professionalism and telephone courtesy.
- Coordinate familiarization and site inspections as required
- Meet with clients and attend to details of their events. Ensure all clients events are in order.
- Assist clients to facilitate inquiries and endorse to Sales in-charge.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
- Graduate of a 4-year course in Business, Accounting or Economics / Hospitality Management
- At least 1-year experience in secretarial / administrator work
- Good communication
- Amenable to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
