  • Help in the day-to-day accounting tasks such as check voucher preparations, check releasing, management of accounts receivables and payables, and other Accounting-related work
  • Running bank errands, filing, storage of confidential documents, and general admin work
  • Liaise with suppliers, government offices, accounting, couriers and any external parties
  • Perform field works to BIR and other government agencies to settle company-related business
  • Renders assistance during the conduct of monthly/ annual inventory
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any course
  • Experience in clerical accounting is a plus but not required
  • Can work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills and with ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and multi- tasking skill
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, Computer navigation
