- Leading a portfolio of strategic accounts delivers on customer specified parameters and business specific metrics.
- Respond to email /phone queries related to disputed invoice, research and analyze the disputes/deductions in ERP, schedule call with customers
- Handle severely aged Past-due accounts, skip trace to find better contact, make customer concern calls. Ensure Timely escalation of accounts for Support, call out problems to Client stakeholder and or management as appropriate for immediate resolution
- Review order on hold for the customer in portfolio
- Should drive the Account reconciliation, SLA Metrics, Promise to pay rate, PD% reduction across buckets, Contact skip tracing, dispute resolution, Order releases
- Daily reporting of individual portfolios to track and supervise the past dues
- Understand performance metrics. Perform a trends' analysis. Recommend and execute suitable actions to the customer/ management.
- Effectively communicate and support the collection goals, while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursuing knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection efforts.
- College graduate of any course but preferably Business Commerce/Business Management course
- Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)
- Make process improvements to ensure delivery of all performance CTQs
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
