- Offer Letter Creation: Develop competitive offer recommendations using peer analysis and compensation benchmarks while ensuring accuracy and consistency across global processes.
- Market Adjustments: Conduct market analysis and apply insights to recommend salary adjustments that maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs and Compensation teams to align compensation strategies with business needs and secure necessary approvals.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and audit trails to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of compensation tools and processes, including enhancements to the PACT system and integration strategies during organizational changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, HR compensation and benefits, or payroll.
- Solid experience with U.S. and Canadian compensation regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with compensation tools and market analytics platforms (e.g., EMSI Talent Analyst).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines, while maintaining a high level of detail
- Experience supporting large-scale compensation programs.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence across functions.
- Demonstrated Learning Agility
- Practical knowledge in ServiceNow or any similar tools
- Amenable to work in a hybrid setup in Tanauan Batangas following US shift (9PM - 6AM PHT)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian compensation regulations.
- Experience supporting large-scale compensation programs.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence across functions.
- Demonstrated Learning Agility
- Practical knowledge of ticketing systems
