- Provides expert technical inputs to the development of annual plans, medium- term strategies, goals, and action plans for Data Solutions.
- Provides expert technical inputs to the evaluation of organizational performance to identify gaps and trigger corresponding remediation to ensure achievement of organizational goals.
- Provides technical expertise in the planning, definition, and control of data engineering frameworks and methodologies in efficiently building data solutions.
- Partners with stakeholders and proponents to understand requests, demands, and initiatives and translate them to solutions delivery plans.
- Carries the end-to-end delivery of data products and services for data collection, transformation, storage, access, and consumption needs of the business.
- Provides expert support in handling risks related to data technology, products, and services.
- Has deep knowledge and experience in data integration, data modelling, data warehousing, and data quality management.
- Has knowledge and experience in data security.
- Has knowledge of data governance policies and practices.
- Has deep knowledge and experience with various data solutions, products, and services.
- Has deep knowledge and experience with medium-scale to large-scale data environments.
- Has deep knowledge and experience in using various ETL Tools.
- Has deep knowledge and experience in various Database Technologies.
- Has deep knowledge and experience in handling various datatypes and architectures.
- Has knowledge and experience in developing data management strategy.
- Has knowledge of policies, procedure, guidelines, and best practices in planning, delivery, and management of data platforms (technology, tools, applications).
- Has knowledge of policies, procedure, guidelines, and best practices in planning, delivery, and management of data solutions, products, and services.
- At least 2 years of experience in information technology and data management
- A degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Information Technology
- Has experience in deployment of data platforms. medium-scale data integration projects, and delivery of various data solutions.
- Has knowledge of utility industry data models and processes.
- Has comprehensive knowledge of Data Management Frameworks like DAMA DMBOK.
- Has knowledge of varied data development lifecycles.
- Has trainings related to data management practices.
- Has strong demand and project management skills.
- Has excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Has excellent communication as well as people skills for stakeholder management and collaboration.
