Head of Corporate Health & Wellness Services (Hybrid) | Makati

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, allied health, or related medical field (required)
• At least 8 years of healthcare experience, with at least 5 years in corporate health services, clinic management, or occupational health programs
• Strong background in program development, client relationship management, and healthcare operations
• Experience in managing multi-site teams and corporate partnerships an advantage
• In-depth understanding of corporate wellness, occupational health standards, and DOH regulations
• Proven ability to design and roll out health & wellness programs
• Strong leadership, client-facing, and presentation skills

• Oversee onsite medical services for corporate accounts, ensuring quality and compliance with DOH and industry standards
• Maximize clinic operations by aligning resources, staffing, and processes with client needs
• Develop and implement care programs, health campaigns, and wellness initiatives tailored to corporate clients
• Partner with client HR teams to design preventive care programs, health awareness sessions, and engagement activities
• Build strong, proactive relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their evolving healthcare needs are met
• Drive utilization of Primary Care Clinics by integrating corporate programs with our broader healthcare ecosystem
• Ensure seamless coordination between onsite clinics and external service network
• Monitor and review clinical documentation, incident reporting, and audit readiness o
• Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, allied health staff)
• Foster a service-oriented and patient-centered culture in corporate clinics
