Description We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team in our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in developing HR strategies that align with our business goals and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage employee performance evaluation processes and ensure timely feedback and development plans are in place. Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in human resources management or related field. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation, and employee relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
