Financial Reporting Senior Accountant

• Gain a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and industries.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting workpapers for hedge funds, private equity funds, and other alternative investment entities with simple to moderate complexity structures.
• Research and apply relevant accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP) and review illustrative financial statements.
• Collaborate with engagement managers and communicate directly with external stakeholders such as investment managers, fund administrators, and auditors.
• Participate in internal and external meetings related to financial reporting.
• May handle general accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting tasks for assigned clients.

• Accounting graduate (CPA designation is not required);
• At least 2 years of experience preparing financial statements for alternative investment funds;
• Familiarity with IFRS and/or US GAAP (exposure to financial services or asset management is preferred);
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (QuickBooks experience is a bonus);
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
