Job description The Talent And Culture Supervisor/Office will act as a support to the Talent And Culture Manager for Learning & Development and Performance Management. He/she is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Learning and Development team. As a trainer, he/she needs to effectively identify training needs, administer trainings, and ensure learning outcomes are met via proper evaluation mechanisms. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Acting as support for the Manager for Learning and Development and Performance Management, ensure the smooth and effective operation of both areas team. Effectively design, administer, and facilitate trainings and ensure that all learning outcomes are met. Perform Performance Management and OD functions as part of cross-training efforts and exposure. Work with different business units, participants, and other stakeholders to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness. Coordinate with different business units, divisions, and departments regarding the various training schedules. Recommend necessary upskill training and pinpoint areas for improvement in learner competencies and training process. Ensure business continuity in the Learning and Development Team, and Performance Management Team. Fulfill other jobs and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Manager of Learning and development, and the Talent and Culture leadership. Excellent communication and facilitation skills Familiarity with different training philosophies (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.), learning management systems, and performance management systems. Ability to design and customize different training programs Strong organization, administrative, and tracking skills Computer and content creation skills (MS Office, Adobe Captivate, etc.) Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ideal applicant must be amenable to work-onsite M-F at Paranaque Office. Work Schedule: 9:00am - 6:00pm
