- Will report directly to the finance controller manager/finance director
- In charge of billing clients on a monthly basis and provides dispute resolution with CS team
- In charge of providing reverse billing to vendors and answer vendor putes in a a timely manner
- Works with a cross-functional team (CS and OPS) to provide dispute resolution
- Accountable for efficiency and data quality improvement of their own processes.
