- Serving as an advisor to other SAP SuccessFactors post-production support clients utilizing your expertise and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors application.
- Working closely with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Conducting requirement-gathering workshops and provide expert guidance on SAP Best Practices on specific modules (i.e. Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, etc).
- Leading or supporting the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (i.e. Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Payroll etc.) to align with client business needs.
- Managing Stakeholder expectations, communicate complex HR and SuccessFactors specific concepts clearly, and influence decision-making.
- Configuring and customizing SuccessFactors functionalities to optimize module specific business processes.
- Staying updated on SAP SuccessFactors newest releases and updates relevant to Talent and Recruiting and recommends this new opt-in/opt-out features to client as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and should have 3+ years of Consulting Industry Experience.
- 3+ years of experience on SuccessFactors Implementation projects and working with packaged solutions or supporting SF clients.
- Must have at least 1 certification in any SAP SuccessFactors module (at least EC Certified)
- SuccessFactors EC, Time Management, RCM/RMK or ONB 1.0 and 2.0 experience preferred.
- Experience of any other SuccessFactors modules.
- Engage in consistent and ongoing interactions with internal and client subject matter experts to enhance internal solution assets.
- Ability to continuously improve the current solution offerings with innovative ideas and design thinking.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and how they translate into SAP SuccessFactors functionality.
- Strong ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and drive projects forward without constant oversight.
- Excellent at prioritizing multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines and working effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to lead discussions, challenge assumptions, and guide clients toward effective solutions.
- Preferred but not required: SF Employee Central certified. Knowledge of EC time-off, timesheet and benefits. Having additional certifications is an added advantage.
- Demonstrate ability to learn quickly, adapt to organizational and technological change, and thrive in dynamic environments.
