- Lead, mentor, and manage a growing team of OneLink Implementation Leads across multiple deployment sites.
- Oversee Implementation Leads performance, capacity planning, and resourcing to ensure successful and timely rollouts.
- Serve as the escalation point for Implementation Leads during implementation issues, operational challenges, or client escalations.
- Coordinate the lifecycle of each OneLink implementation from initiation to completion, including onboarding deployments and full production rollouts.
- Monitor and support multiple active deployments simultaneously, ensuring each rollout adheres to project timelines, system configuration standards, and operational requirements.
- Oversee shift planning, CMS booth scheduling, route configuration, and hardware provisioning across multiple projects.
- Ensure all implementation sites are fully operationally ready, including device setup, QA testing, and stock logistics.
- Validate that all software and fare configurations have been staged and PVT tested before pushing to production.
- Coordinate with analysts to execute on-ground operational planning, including client meetings, team onboarding, and day-to-day field support readiness.
- Act as a senior operational liaison between OneLink and client stakeholders during active rollouts.
- Support Implementation Leads in presenting deployment plans, resolving client concerns, and communicating success metrics.
- Ensure client-facing materials such as shift plans, training modules, and remittance dashboards are delivered accurately and on time.
- Monitor rollout reporting across all deployments, ensuring timely submission of SOD/EOD forms, handover records, and remittance summaries.
- Review analyst reports for operational insights and identify early indicators of success or risks.
- Ensure consistency in operational quality, compliance, and performance across all implementations.
- Identify process bottlenecks across implementations and lead improvements to deployments and full rollouts.
- Collaborate with the Head of Ops and Product Teams to translate field feedback into platform enhancements and feature requests.
- Contribute to training, documentation, and internal knowledge sharing to enable scalable, repeatable rollout practices.
