Lead and help develop press releases and meaningful corporate stories, manage media relations and partnerships, and handle special projects/campaigns and communications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage media and industry partners to build and maintain positive relationships.Develop and distribute press releases, manage media relations, and handle communications.Enhance the profiles of executive leaders, build thought leadership, and manage executive appearances and content on platforms like LinkedIn.Collaborate with key partners to promote Globe business and manage its positioning in the market.Establish and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders to support business goals.Develop and manage external communications strategies for product launches and other key initiatives.Create and distribute communications to customers, media, and the public, including story creation.Develop stories in collaboration with Globe business for PR and media purposes.Organize and manage PR activities such as news dissemination, forums, roundtables, and speaking engagements across various media platforms (inquirer, TV, radio).Work closely with internal stakeholders to align communication strategies.KPIs:Number of successful media placements and press releasesGrowth in media mentions and executive profilesNumber of industry partnerships established and maintainedEngagement metrics for external communications (e.g., customer letters, product announcements)Feedback and satisfaction levels from internal and external stakeholdersTOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:Comprehensive media plan and strategy for executive profilesSuccessful execution of PR campaigns, including press releases and media engagementsStrengthened industry partnerships and collaborative initiativesEnhanced executive profiles and thought leadership presence on platforms like LinkedInEffective external communications for product launches and key business updatesEqual Opportunity Employer
