Work Setup: On-siteJob Overview:We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse operations in a food manufacturing environment, ideally with exposure to cold storage and frozen/dairy products. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and familiarity with food safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of raw and packaging materials.Ensure cold storage standards are maintained for sensitive ingredients.Implement FIFO/FEFO and monitor inventory accuracy.Enforce compliance with GMP, food safety, and hygiene protocols.Lead cycle counts and month-end inventory reconciliation.Coordinate with production, QA, and procurement teams.Maintain organized and audit-ready warehouse areas.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.3-5 years of supervisory experience in cold storage or food manufacturing (ice cream/dairy experience is a plus).Proficient in warehouse systems and food safety protocols.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
