This role is responsible for managing IT projects, maintaining network security and performance, and ensuring minimal system downtime. The IT Manager will work closely with leadership and departmental teams to develop technology solutions that support business goals, while also leading the IT team in delivering reliable technical support and implementing best practices across the organization.What You'll Do:Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needsWork closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the networkDirects technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projectsLead IT projects, including the design, desktop support, and deployment of new IT systems and servicesOversees and determines timeframes for major IT projects, including system, updates, upgrades, mitigations, and outagesMonitor and evaluate the performance of information systems to determine costs, productivity levels and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructureResponsible for the creation and administration of disaster plans that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisisDevelop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costsDevelop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organizationProvide directions and manage IT team members that support our employees' tech concerns 24/7Keep downtime to no more than 1-hour per monthBuild operational playbooks in achieving departmental goals and objectivesWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's Degree holder in any IT field, or at least two years of experience in IT management or Network AdministrationExperience in configuring and managing Fortigate FirewallKnowledge in Windows Server 2008/R2, 2012/R2 & 2016 Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, RDS & Group PolicyLocal Network Setup & ConfigurationFirewall Setup including Routing & VPNServer & Firewall Security HardeningHardware Storage including RAID, NAS & SANExperience with PBX systems is a plusExcellent leadership skillsDetail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work productExcellent English language skills (written and oral)Good time management and task management skillsHigh organizational and prioritization skillsProficiency in MS Office or Google SuiteAble to demonstrate initiative and set goals for the teamWhy You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, we're redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
