- Plan, supervise, and manage day-to-day operations and personnel within the Procurement and Supply Chain operations function.
- Drive operational efficiency by evaluating and improving processes, procedures, systems, and business practices across Procurement.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal departments, representing Insight professionally and strengthening cross-functional relationships.
- Monitor team performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with Service Level Agreements (order accuracy, processing time, backlog management).
- Oversee reporting and issue resolution, including AP and vendor issues, variances, loss reporting, and issuance of daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Support Category Managers through special projects such as spend analysis, cost baselines, RFP savings tracking, and contract compliance reporting, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Degree Holder
- Minimum of 3 years related field service operations experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working Knowledge of SAP (or other large ERP systems)
- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with various organizational levels.
- Ambitious, flexible, and aggressive. A self-starter who adapts easily to changing work environments and requirements and can drive for results.
- Freedom to work from another location—even an international destination—for up to 30 consecutive calendar days per year.
