This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes paid social and is excited to manage and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across our own brand. You'll be responsible for driving performance, testing creatives, and helping us unlock new levels of customer acquisition and ROI. Build, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns across our internal brands Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns toward key business metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) Work closely with our creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives and copy Conduct ongoing testing (audiences, placements, bidding strategies, creatives, etc.) Use insights to make data-driven decisions and inform broader marketing strategies Stay on top of Meta trends, policy changes, and new platform features Manage budget pacing and scaling strategies in alignment with growth goals Report on performance and insights regularly to the team Minimum Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Proven track record of scaling and optimizing campaigns for direct response Strong understanding of ad funnels, retargeting, audience building, and conversion tracking Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Self-starter who can take ownership of performance and deliver results Familiarity with TikTok Ads or other paid channels is a plus Show more Show less
