Internet Researcher - Recruitment

• Online Research: Conduct thorough internet research on candidates, industries, and market trends to gather valuable insights for recruitment purposes.
• Data Collection: Collect, organize, and maintain candidate data from online sources, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Profile Analysis: Monitor and analyze online job trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify recruitment opportunities.
• Content Evaluation: Evaluate the credibility and relevance of online content and sources related to recruitment efforts.
• Report Generation: Compile research findings into clear reports and presentations for recruitment team review.
• Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to support recruitment content optimization and visibility.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the recruitment team to provide research-based insights and recommendations for candidate sourcing and engagement.

• A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Internet Researcher or in a similar research-focused role.
• Experience with sourcing techniques like Boolean, Google X-ray, Linkedin, etc..
• Proficiency in using research software and databases for data analysis and visualization.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably at least 6 months of experience in a related field or RPO company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
