- Online Research: Conduct thorough internet research on candidates, industries, and market trends to gather valuable insights for recruitment purposes.
- Data Collection: Collect, organize, and maintain candidate data from online sources, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Profile Analysis: Monitor and analyze online job trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify recruitment opportunities.
- Content Evaluation: Evaluate the credibility and relevance of online content and sources related to recruitment efforts.
- Report Generation: Compile research findings into clear reports and presentations for recruitment team review.
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to support recruitment content optimization and visibility.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the recruitment team to provide research-based insights and recommendations for candidate sourcing and engagement.
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Internet Researcher or in a similar research-focused role.
- Experience with sourcing techniques like Boolean, Google X-ray, Linkedin, etc..
- Proficiency in using research software and databases for data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably at least 6 months of experience in a related field or RPO company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
