- Associate 2 is responsible for the effective performance of Accounts Receivable & Cash Management processes assigned.
- Performs the following processes depending on country assignment:
- Cash allocation and advances posting
- Billing
- Reporting Actuals in Polaris
- Period end activities such as: AR aging and collection report , Advances account reconciliation
- Other specific task as may be assigned
- Supports in the resolution of issues and queries
- Contributes to the effectiveness of the Accounts Receivable/Cash Management process through identification of areas for continuous improvement, providing input and information to achieve problem resolution.
- Updates SOPs of assigned process including relevant internal control.
- Graduate of Accounting related courses, Bs Accountancy, BS Management Accounting, etc.
- With 1-2 years of Accounting related experience preferably Invoicing.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Tools specifically Excel.
- Experience in SAP ERP system is a plus.
- Must be willing to work in Cebu City.
