  • Assist in fulfilling requests and resolving issues in coordination with the internal production team as applicable.
  • Inform request status to client and manage their expectations.
  • Creates a positive client support experience and builds strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling clients with a consummately professional attitude.
  • Perform maintenance work involving updating and uploading website contents and assets Monitors live systems by the company and perform any necessary preventive maintenance work
  • Develop working knowledge on live systems
  • Communicate with internal senior management periodically on client implementation status updates
  • Evaluate requirements of end users if change request or within scope of maintenance contracts in collaboration with project management team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients and partners
  • Handle the dedicated deployment for systems for rollout. This includes direct coordination with brands and stores, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process, and providing initial support. Focus on effective communication, timely execution, and strong collaboration to ensure the successful implementation.
  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year business or IT course, fresh grads are welcome

  • Candidates with experience in support for system deployment or digital transformation projects is a plus.
