The role We're looking for a highly motivated Head Clinical Psychologist to work directly with the founders and our teams to manage operations for REBEL's mental health teams onsite and online. You will serve as the central point of contact for our clients' mental health solutions, ensuring the highest levels of service delivery, oversee daily operations, and maintain compliance with industry standards-ultimately driving positive change for employees who rely on our support. Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding mental health programs, delivering an exceptional and empathetic experience. Proactively address crises and triage urgent issues to ensure swift and effective resolutions. Daily Operations & Team Management Effectively manage a team of Psychologists to ensure the highest level of care is provided and professionalism is shown at all times, providing clinical supervision where necessary Take the lead in managing critical cases, referring critical cases where necessary Be the lead on guiding EAP Management & triage on a day to day basis Administrative Duties Ensure accurate client records, including bookings, case statuses, interactions, and follow-ups. Be responsible for the creation and timely sharing of working schedules (24/7) Track all key mental health metrics-such as utilization rates and satisfaction scores-to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Collaboration and Coordination Serve as a liaison among internal teams, counselors, psychologists, and clients to guarantee the highest quality of service delivery. Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure mental health initiatives align with REBEL's broader wellness goals. Compliance and Standards Ensure all mental health services comply with industry standards, legal regulations, and unique client requirements. Continuous Improvement Gather ongoing feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement. Take data-driven action to refine programs, boost engagement, and deliver outstanding results. Take charge in the development of the team through the process of continuous learning & development Leadership responsibilities Fully accountable for the PSU's licensing (permit to operate) Guide the overall strategy & direction of REBEL&aposs Mental Health Programs Oversee case management & co-ordination processes Ensure the proper practice of psychology is followed Qualifications Ideally, demonstrated experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), working with Wellbeing Coaches & Psychologists, mental health services, or a related field. Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, registered RPC Psychologist licence Minimum (7) years' experience as a psychologist, three (3) of which in supervisory capacity A results-driven mindset with a passion for making a tangible impact on people's lives.
