- Answer inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries regarding telco products, services, billing, and technical concerns.
- Provide accurate information and solutions while maintaining professionalism
- Handle complaints and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure excellent customer experience in every interaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems.
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- HS/SHS Graduate (depending on the account)
- Must be currently residing within Metro Manila
- Must be 18 years old and above (legal age)
- College fresh graduates and undergraduates of any course are welcome to apply
- High school graduates (Old Curriculum) or SHS graduates (New Curriculum) accepted
