Job Purpose: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Job Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Create detailed project plans and manage day-to-day project execution. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans. Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and status updates. Track project performance using appropriate tools, techniques, and KPIs. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using change control processes. Ensure high-quality project delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement. Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master's or MBA is a plus). 3-5 years of project management experience in a relevant industry. ERP project implementation experience is an advantage Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certification preferred. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
