Position Responsibilities End-to-End Product Go-to-Market (GTM) Oversee entire product development process from ideation to commercialization. Collaborate across functions and work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Brand, etc to ensure successful product launches Contribute insights and recommendations for market positioning, target audience, and competitive differentiators. Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into existing systems. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to convey project updates, challenges, and successes. Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and project coordination. Operational Efficiency & Optimization Streamline operational workflow. Drive process improvements projects to reduce operational load. Collaborate with Innovation team to drive menu offboarding process with key stakeholders to optimize menu offerings. Consumer Insights Conduct surveys, focus groups to gather consumer feedback. Analyze consumer feedback and make data-driven adjustments to refine and optimize products. Pricing & Cost Management Ensure balance between cost and quality of product is optimal. Responsible for entire product portfolio & category pricing strategy is effective and optimized. Assist in creating and managing budgets for innovation or special projects. Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience At least bachelor's degree in Business/Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics, Food Science, or related field required. 2 years experience and above in project management, management consulting or related roles within the Food and Beverage industry, with a focus on product launches. Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making, able to analyze market trends, consumer insights, and performance metrics to drive successful product launches. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
