If you are confident in B2C outbound sales, skilled in cold calling, and motivated by commission-based earnings, this opportunity is for you.We specialize in selling high-quality Whole House Water Filtration Systems, Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems, and Water Softeners to residential customers across the U.S.Position OverviewAs an SDR, you will manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals. You will educate customers, handle objections, maintain accurate CRM records, and build long-term client relationships.This role requires a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and is comfortable working Pacific Standard Time Australian Hourshours.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead GenerationConduct outbound and inbound sales callsPerform cold calling and cold emailingQualify prospects and guide them through the sales funnelSchedule consultations and product demos when neededCustomer Engagement & Sales ConversionEducate customers on:Whole House Water Filter SystemsReverse Osmosis (RO) SystemsWater SoftenersClearly communicate product features, benefits, and valueHandle objections effectivelyClose sales and meet or exceed monthly targetsCRM & Sales TrackingMaintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Track follow-ups and nurture leadsMonitor pipeline and sales performanceCustomer Relationship ManagementProvide timely support for inquiriesEnsure a positive buying experienceEncourage repeat business and referralsCollaboration & StrategyWork with marketing and internal teams to improve messagingProvide customer insights and market feedbackQualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience as an SDR, BDR, or B2C Sales Representative (strictly no B2B experience)
  • Required: Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle — from cold calling and lead generation to closing deals in a B2C environment
  • Highly Required: Proven experience selling water filtration systems, reverse osmosis (RO) systems, water softeners, or similar products
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume B2C cold calling, lead conversion, and closing
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills with a strong customer-first approach
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance
  • Ability to explain technical products in a simple, clear, and customer-friendly manner
  • Self-driven, proactive, and highly target-oriented
  • Comfortable working Australian hours
  • Able to work independently in a fully remote setup
Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: ₱25,000/month
Commission: Per System Sold
