Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and maintain the company’s reputation
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Advise clients on creating profitable processes
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs

Requirements

Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role for at least 3 years
Experience with Pipedrive CRM (or a similar CRM software)
Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
Outstanding knowledge of Google Sheets
Excellent communication/presentation skills, negotiation skills, and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
Enthusiastic and passionate
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
A customer-oriented attitude
Problem-solving aptitude
Ability to work well with a team
