- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and maintain the company’s reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role for at least 3 years
- Experience with Pipedrive CRM (or a similar CRM software)
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of Google Sheets
- Excellent communication/presentation skills, negotiation skills, and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)

- Ability to work well with a team
