  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  • Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and maintain the company’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role for at least 3 years
  • Experience with Pipedrive CRM (or a similar CRM software)
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills, negotiation skills, and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work well with a team
