Accounts Receivable Specialist

• He/She is responsible for the performance of accounting related tasks, including general accounting, treasury tasks, accounts receivables duties for the company’s and affiliated entities.

• He/She will work closely with the Controller and other Accountants as necessary to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely completion of finance tasks.

• Process all customer invoices, including obtaining proper approval and coding, entering into billing system and submitting to client.

• Monitor all customer payments and post to ledger when collected.

• Own collection processes – monitoring past due balances, communicating with customers, and driving collections to reduce DSO.

• Own sales use tax processes and filings.

• Completes assigned monthly and year-end accounting procedures.

• Completes assigned routine reconciliation of Company's balance sheet accounts, to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory mandates.

• Support ad hoc reporting & special requests as directed by the Controller.

• Perform assigned duties to ensure compliance with internal control policies to protect the assets of the company.

• With at least an Associate’s degree in accounting/finance is preferred.

• At least two to three years of accounting experience is required.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience with NetSuite is a plus.

• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.

• Willing to work at Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas
