- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of guest service, safety, and security.
- Guest Relations:
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a visible presence in the resort to interact with guests and staff.
- Ensure VIPs and returning guests receive personalized attention and service.
- Staff Management:
- Supervise and support staff across different departments during shifts.
- Conduct briefings and debriefings with staff to communicate daily operations and expectations.
- Assist in training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and submit reports on operational performance and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Assist in budget management and cost control initiatives.
- Crisis Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact during emergencies or critical incidents.
- Implement and oversee emergency procedures and ensure staff are trained and prepared.
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Amenable to work in Boracay island.
